![]() ![]() Because some people could get used to shiny mouse, or paint the LED black to get rid of it. I suggest Logitech would make the LEDs in their future mouse to blink rapidly if they want their software to be running on user's computer continuously. And not just on - it constantly changing colours and intensity. The application should be running in background, or LED will turn back on. LED is annoying, and you will have to use the application (Logitech G HUB) just to turn it off. ![]() But thin leaf button hanging above the mouse body feels cheap and a bit wobbly.ĥ. Note, that it's the same plastic that was there in previous generations, but previously they either coated or painted it to feel better. Too cheap for a £90 mouse (I've got it for £72, but still). It won't be that simple to remove the dust from its surface.Ĥ. So I suggest you take ergonomics seriously.ģ. Though most mice were ambidextrous back in 90s, there were also more cases of tunnel syndrome too. But it goes at expense of your comfort, and, in lesser extent, of your health. The only reason for the mouse to be ambidextrous is the corporate profit - you don't need to have two different production lines. The new mouse is "ambidextrous", and that's not an advantage at all. No tension, it becomes the extension of your hand. As you can see on photo, the older mouse is clearly right-handed, and fit the palm better. It isn't great for the palm of your hand, as muscles will experience more tension than needed, and it isn't great for precision - drawing the straight line with new lighter mouse is harder than with predecessor. That's very significant, it basically means that during the game your mouse will fly over the pad. The difference with my G700s, even with additional 10g weight inserted into G903, is about 40 grams. So, my review is not only the evaluation of the G903 Lightspeed per se, but also a comparison with predecessor, which is of a bit different tier (7xx, not 9xx) and is a blast from the 2014.ġ. The latter is a great mouse, but it had 2 disadvantages - the dreaded Logitech click sensor glitch (perform double-click instead of a single click) and requirement to replace AA battery every day (which, even with rechargeable batteries, is a chore). I've got this mouse as a replacement for G700s (see the picture). Reviewed in the United Kingdom □□ on 23 February 2023 This has completely converted me to wireless. I'd definitely buy another if something happened to my current one. It's definitely one of the best gaming mice out there, and if you're serious about your gaming or design/prouctivity, you won't regret picking one up. Overall, I gotta say I'm super impressed with this mouse. And the battery life is solid too, so you don't have to worry about it dying on you in the middle of a heated battle. Plus, the G903 has got all the customizable buttons you could ever need, so you can program it exactly how you want it. And with Logitech's exclusive HERO 25K sensor, you're getting incredible precision and accuracy, even in the most intense moments. I mean, you're talking about a 1 millisecond report rate here, which is basically instant. The wireless connectivity is flawless, and the response time is lightning-fast. It's got this sleek, futuristic vibe that just screams "I'm ready to dominate in the virtual arena." And the customizable RGB lighting is a nice touch too, because who doesn't love a little mood lighting to get you in the zone?īut the real magic is in the performance. This thing is a game-changer.įirst off, the design is sick. Let me tell you about this Logitech G903 Lightspeed Mouse.
